| Description: | In August 2008, NC State University's ResNet opened a walk-in computer help center. This center is open to all registered students to come for software support. We also partnered with the university bookstore to provide hardware support for Lenovo systems purchased at the bookstore. We hope to share the lessons learned and problems we experienced in the process of opening for our first year. |
