| Description: | We all get inspired to do really cool things when we're at the ResNet Symposium, but how do you take your great ideas and make them a reality? In our case at Northern Illinois University, we had been talking for years about making some changes to our computer labs but never seemed to have the time or resources to do anything about it. This will be a presentation about where we started and how the Division of Student Affairs Strategic Planning Process helped us achieve (most) of our goals. |
