| Description: | We've all been there. A student's hard drive has crashed, or malware has damaged the OS beyond feasible repair efforts. Now that the OS needs to be reinstalled, what is the most productive way to do this? I will share the process and tools used at James Madison University to reinstall Vista Ultimate, Home Premium and Business for our student population. |
