| Description: | At Grinnell, our Campus Technology Map (http://tcdb.grinnell.edu/map) has not only helped serve as a resource for students to find available computer labs and printers, but it's also been a great tool for our Helpdesk behind the scenes. At this presentation, I'll discuss the utility of the map for students and IT staff alike, the design decisions that went into its creation and implementation, and even show you how easy it is to implement in your own environment. There will be technical aspects to the talk, but absolutely anyone is welcome to come! |
