If sending out to multiple listservs or other groups, consider making multiple survey URLs to track from which groups responses are originating.
Promote more aggressively. We erred to far on the side of "not bugging them" this time around. Can we send multiple messages to each listserv or group without crossing any lines?
Ensure all criteria for participation - American & Canadian, 4-year, etc. - are in the announcements and protocol
