We could add many things (e.g. Acceptable Use Policy, Security Standards), or just remove the whole thing — I'm not sure if it's still critical to pinpoint when each type of information is conveyed (that is, is it useful to know if schools tend to send this info out before the student arrives? eXpand. I'd suggest adding the department options I recommended for question 10; I also think we need to add "Data/Network Security Group" and Media Services/Campus TV/radio" to the list.
