For USC, http://www.usc.edu/its/resnet/support.html is the accurate address for their resnet, not the housing website.

Also, several of us student workers from Northern Arizona University's Student Technology Center are researching university resnets in order to judge the effectiveness of our own router policy. Basically, we're trying to figure out if we're being too lenient by supporting routers on our own Resnet.
